First Christmas as a VEGAN !!

Hey everybody, sorry for not posting in a long time, school work  took up a most of my days. I am back now with a bunch of different recipes I want to make for Christmas breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let's jump right into it. 

BREAKFAST I could not decide between pancakes or crepes, but then I thought pancakes were an everyday thing so crepes would be a better option. So here is the recipe.
CREPES:I found this recipe on a channel I am subscribed to, it is called Liv B. recipe: 1/2 cup flour       1/2 tsp baking powder      1 tbsp. sugar      1 cup non-dairy milk      top with fresh/frozen fruits and agave 
LUNCH For lunch I had to put together a lot of different recipes  to make one so I will be leaving links to the different videos I found down below. My plate will consist of macaroni pie ( I found this recipe on Pinterest), roasted potatoes, vegan mushroom Wellington ( a puff pastry filled with cranberry sauce, sweet potato mash and mushroom and lentil gravy) and sides of roasted Brussel s…

Vegan Pancakes!! YUM

Hey everybody, today I will be sharing a vegan pancake recipe I found and tried (twice). I hope you love it and this recipe makes 8 pancakes.



Ingredients
1 1/2 cupsof Non - dairy milk
1 1/2 tbsp of baking powder
3 tbsp of sugar
1/8 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cups of flour
3 tbsp olive oil
Blueberries - how many you want.





                                               Lets put it all together:
 Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add your wet ingredients and let it sit for 5 minutes. Melt about a tablespoon of vegan butter in a frying pan and spoon batter into the frying and cook until the edge of the pancake is golden brown. Flip the pancake and cook until done. Now you can serve it with pancake syrup and vegan butter.

Studying is something I am not the best at, which is weird because I am a really good student. I used to spend all my time rewriting my notes for hours especially when exam time came around. So when the new school year started, I promised myself that I would try to study better. The only problem was that I was totally lost when it came to  PRODUCTIVE STUDYING. 

So I went to my most trusted sites on the Internet (have you guessed the sites) Pinterest and Youtube.  Here are a few channels you should watch -

-Studyign ( and no I did not spell it wrong!)
Also finding out what type of learner you are can help a lot. So for those who don't know what I'm talking about, there are different ways you might learn. They are (there might be more): visual, auditory, sequential, global, active, reflective, sensing and intuitive. Knowing what type of learner you are can help you study more appropriately because if you are a visual learner, reading long pieces of w…

vegan cooking

Hello, everybody, I'm back again and as I started my new vegan/vegetarian lifestyle, I realized that there were a lot of things that I used to eat that had animal products. So I started looking on Pinterest for things to make.😊 ( I love Pinterest)

I love bread even though it is just some flour and yeast put together and when I found out that bread was made with butter, I was kind of sad 😢. So I decided to make my own bread (vegan bread). I forgot to take pictures of me making the actual dough, but I took a picture of it unbaked and baked.
